Opening hour

It is open from 8:00-22:00 including preparation.
Rent weekends/national holidays will automatically add 20% to your bill.

Rental Fee

Please refer to the ‘STUDIO’ section for price lists. Please note, tax is not included in the fee.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellation for events : From 14 to 7 days prior the reservation date: 50%, From 6 to 2 day: 80%, on the day: 100%
Cancellation for photo shooting : From 5 days prior the reservation date: 20%, 4 days: 40%, 3 days: 60%, 2 days: 80%,the day before and on the day: 100%

Reservation Procedure

1. Reservation can be made through telephone calls.
2. We will send a reservation confirmation form through fax.
3. Please sign and return the confirmation form, after looking through the regulations.

Payment

Events
Please make your payments by cash on the day, or compose an invoice addressed to the company.
Photo Shooting
We ask first-time customers to make their full payments by cash. For customers of their second time and onwards,
please make your payments by cash on the day, or compose an invoice addressed to the company

Parking

Parking is available to all guests, please notify staff prior to your use.
(Parking for micro-buses and location buses are also available)
