大森大祐写真展「あの日あなたが生まれた」

ここに写し出されている生命の誕生、にんげんの誕生というイベントは、
極めて個人的なイベントであると同時に、圧倒的な普遍性を持った出来事でもある。
なぜならこの世に存在する私たちの誰もが、この場面を経て生まれてきているからだ。
この写真の前に立った私たちの目に見えるのは、
固有の名前や性別に支配されない、”唯一つのかけがえのない生命の誕生”である。
そしてそれは、私たち自身の誕生の”記憶”を呼び覚ますスイッチになる。
あなたは、自分が生まれた瞬間の出来事を覚えているだろうか？
どんな姿で、どんな表情で生まれてきたのか？
生まれたばかりのあなたを、あなたの母親はどんな目で見つめていたのか覚えている
だろうか？
そしてあなたを愛する人が、どんな気持ちであなたの母親とあなたの誕生を祝福して
いたか、覚えているだろうか？
この写真を見て、記憶の底からその真実の断片だけでもすくい上げて貰いたい。
そこに刻まれているのは、この世に生まれた瞬間のあなた自身の姿なのだから。

It is a document of the one birth of the human being. It is an universal event and at a same time it is a very personal event which every single person has gone through.
The scene in front of you is "an invaluable moment of birth" .

Do you remember the moment you came out of the earth?
How did you look like? How was the first expression you did?
How did your mother look at you?
And how people arround you did cerebrate you and your mother with full of emotion?
You will find a piece of memory through the exhibition of your birth.
